| 工作描述： |
Principal Accountabilities:
1.Transfer or make application for or design all kinds of hydraulic tilting system.
2.Drive new products or applications launch in China.
3.Execute new product development according APQP procedure.
4.Implement the project related engineering actions according to the templates, process and procedure.
5.Develop test facility if needs
6.Support sales to work out engineering solution or give technical support for customers.
7.Work with QA to solve the quality issue from inside or outside.
8.Manage or implement project related actions to ensure project complete with good quality, timely and within budget.
9.Design other product as needed to support other application engineers.
Education background/Qualifications:
Specialized in hydraulic or mechanical engineering with bachelor or above degree, be good at hydraulic theory and application.
Working experience:
At least 2 years or above experience in related industry as product design, product application or project engineer. Have actual design experience on hydraulic components, parts or product such as manual pump, cylinder or valve.
Skills:
1.Should be familiar with TS16949, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.
2.Knowledgeable of the new product development procedure. Be capable to design dedicated mass production parts or products.
3.Knowledge of manufacturing processing will be a plus.
4.Good technical problem solving on work site both internal and in customer side.
5.Be professional at software Solidworks and FEA simulation.
6.Good at written English to communicate with foreign engineers, and at least basic oral English communication with foreign engineers.
7.Good communication skill.
