Job responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. Carry out sales work according to the sales tasks of the company and the department, and complete all sales targets;
1、根据公司及部门销售任务开展销售工作，完成各项销售指标；
2. Analyzed the existing market and customers, found the potential needs of customers, guided the existing needs of relevant customers, and achieved the sales target;
2、对现有市场和客户进行分析，发现客户的潜在需求，引导相关客户的现有需求，达成销售目标；
3. According to the characteristics of customer demand, to provide customers with the best product solutions;
3、根据客户需求的特点，为客户提供最优产品解决方案；
4. Responsible for business negotiation with customers, establishing customer relations and signing sales contracts;
4、负责与客户之间的商务谈判，建立客户关系，签订销售合同；
5. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources to solve problems during the project implementation and improve customer satisfaction;
5、负责协调各种内部、外部资源，解决在项目实施过程中出现的问题，提高客户满意度；
6. Responsible for the monitoring and implementation of the project payment collection process;
6、负责对项目回款过程的监控和执行；
7. Through customer return visit, understand customer demand and potential demand, so as to improve customer satisfaction and promote customer secondary development;
7、通过客户回访，了解客户需求及潜在需求，以提高客户满意，促成客户二次开发；
8. Other work matters assigned by superior leaders.
8、上级领导交待的其他工作事项。
Job requirements:
任职要求：
1. Willing and able to accept long time business trip (outside Jiangsu province);
1.愿意并可以接受长时间出差（江苏省外）；
2. More than 2 years sales experience, college degree or above;
2.两年以上销售经验，专科及本科以上学历；
3. Knowledge of foreign languages (English would be an advantage)
3.有外语知识(优先)
4. Knowledge in marketing (would be an advantage)
4.有市场营销知识(优先)
5. Have the sense of teamwork and strong execution ability;
5.有团队合作意识和较强的执行能力；
6. Responsible and careful for work, positive and optimistic attitude, strong communication skills, strong execution, and certain working capacity.
6.对工作有责任心、细心，心态积极乐观，沟通能力强，执行力强，具有一定的工作承受能力。 |
