| 工作描述： |
1. Analyze technical files and prepare related data for quotation of elevator project; create configuration system for program of order handling and daily production; build up, maintain and update related technical documents and configuration setting for project.
分析电梯技术文件及相关项目报价，为配置系统、订单处理、日常生产提供必要的支持，为项目建立、维护、完善技术文件及配置设置。
2. Ensure that products manufacture conformed to customer specifications and requirements.
确保产品符合客户的规范和要求。
3. Cooperate with Production Department to produce all orders.
配合生产部门。
4. Responsible for technical supports for elevator products, include improvement and reforming for existing process.
负责电梯项目上的技术支持、改善、改革。
5. Provide technical trainings for relevant operators for elevator project.
为相关操作人员进行技术培训。
6. Sample making and follow-up, SOP making for elevator project.
样品制作及跟踪，制作相应的作业指导。
7. Responsible for KA analysis, phase-in, EC release for project; and specifications confirmation of wires and cables used into project.
负责项目的KA分析及导入，EC的释放；确认线缆的规范。
8. Testing fixture making for daily production of project, and provide related technical supports for outsourcing products.
制作相应产品的测试夹具，并对外包产品提供支持。
9. Cooperate with related department to deal with some complaints。
配合相关部门处理一些投诉。
10. Submit to other assigned task from Department Manager.
处理部门经理分配的任务。
11. Responsible for making file record of the establishment or change of technical specifications with customers and suppliers; Focus on recording the performance, parameters, appearance, raw information and standard confirmation process of the two parties in the communication process; Focus on recording the special requirements that customers pay attention to, and translate them into information or documents that can be identified by the production staff, quality personnel, purchasing personnel, and warehousing personnel.
需要将与客户、供应商有关技术规范的确立或者变更形成文件记录，需要重点记录沟通过程中双方影响到的性能、参数、外观、物料的原始信息和标准的确认过程，需要重点记录客户关注的特殊要求，将它们转化为生产人员、质量人员、采购人员、仓储人员可以识别的信息或者文件。
12. Build data system, implement and maintain the file records of the establishment or change of technical specifications in case that different engineers or colleagues can get data and information on the same model.
需要建立数据库并且实施维护与技术规范确立或者变更过程有关的文件记录，以备不同的工程师或者同事按照统一模式获取数据和信息。
13. Continuously maintain technical specifications on the stage of NPI or ECR, and gain the quantitative test results, including sample tests, small batch test, production test, lab test and customers’ evaluation, then organize the review activities and give the judgement conclusions.
需要在NPI或者ECR阶段将技术规范进行持续维护，需要获得量化的测试和检验结果，包括样品测试、小批量测试、量产测试、实验室测试、客户评价，需要对结果组织评审活动和出具判断结论。
14. Analyze and improve the similar requirements for the same type or the customer, to make sure that new document or change progress is continuously improving.
需要对同一类型或者同一客户的类似要求，进行数据分析和持续改善活动，确保新件或者变更流程是持续改善的；
15. Make the file record to show that engineering change personnel continuously improve in production line, warehousing, purchasing by the production and process.
需要形成文件的记录，来反映工程变更人员是通过产品和工艺过程作为载体，帮助生产线、仓库、采购在进行持续改善活动。 |
