Main responsibilities: As Sales Support in our PL, PK, MT Division, and your primary objective will be to support sales activities such as provide quotations, support customer projects, follow-ups and customer assistance. This includes expert engagement with customers to help deepen relationships with current ones, identify prospects and work closely with our sales engineers. Tasks: • Prepare and send quotations to customers • Accountable for accurate order reviews as part of order processing and ensuring project kick-offs are held on time in order to meet internal / external customer timelines • Manage receipt of samples from customers including check-in of samples, acknowledgement to customer or receipt of samples, updating of internal processes, and return of customer property • other works need by sales related. |
