| 工作描述： |
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
• Coordinates with Line Managers/Supervisor from Production, Quality, Logistics and Engineering for the packaging needs on production.
• Ensures all lines are adequately supplied with needed materials. i.e.: Foil, Cartons, Trays, etc.
• Make sure smooth workflow in packaging operation
o Setup and operate multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to: carton box, partition inserters, product top closers, and etc.
• Make sure labels correctly match the product in facilities where manual labeling is required
• Support of PM with cost tracking, invoicing and payments
• Develop new packaging projects and improve the existing quality of package.
• Coordinate related department to arrange the AQP for new project and trail run
• Assist in analyzing QA data from samplings and qualifications.
• Get defect samples from customer during product developing phase.
• Make sure all latest product information & changes to be updated internally and executed.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

教育/经历(Education/Experience):
o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent experience in related field.
o Min. 5 years’ working experience. 1 to 3 years working experience in project management, preferably within plastics /packaging industry.
o Managerial experience is a plus.
资格/技能(Qualifications/Skills):
o Good command of English
o Strong communication and negotiation skills
o Project management skills
