1. Investigate the product manual of Siemens drive modules used on Trumpf machines.
研究目前通快机床上使用的西门子驱动模块的产品手册
2. Investigate how to use Siemens HMI to realize the optimized PID control parameters for the cascade control loop (for current, velocity and position control loop).
研究如何使用西门子人机页面来优化电流环，速度环，位置环的PID控制参数
3. Help to establish a standard process for PID control parameter optimization and a criteria for evaluating the motor’s dynamic behavior.
帮助建立一套优化PID控制参数的标准流程，以及如何评估受控电机的动态性能的标准
4. From the HW side, investigate how to use different type of motors (linear motor, synchronous motor) and measurement systems (absolute/incremental measurement system) to set up the Siemens control topology.
硬件方面，帮助研究如何使用不同的电机（直线/同步电机）和绝对/增量式测量系统建立西门子的控制拓扑图
5. Investigate how to set up different application scenarios in Siemens control: like how to synchronize the gantry motors; how to set up different speed reduction ratio according to different type of gear boxes etc.
研究如何在西门子控制中设置不同的应用案例：例如如何在设置Gantry电机的同步，如何实现齿轮箱的不同减速比等
6. Finish other tasks allocated from the supervisor.

4. Strong academic background in control theory, theory of electric motors, Basic knowledge about Matlab simulation tool.
5. Chinese native speaker.
Able to read technical articles in English.
