| 工作描述： |
1、Prepare reasonable production plan according to sales order, production and material status to ensure resource optimization and cost control.
根据销售订单、生产及物料状况编制合理的生产计划，以确保资源优化，成本控制。
2、Prepare material requirement plan and track execution to ensure the stock of raw material and finished product meet company target
编制物料需求计划，并跟踪执行情况，确保原材料与成品的库存达到公司指标。
3、Supervise the implementation of production plan, update the status of production of small batch products and projects to supervisor.
监督生产计划的执行情况，及时向主管更新小批量产品及各项目的生产现状。
4、Responsible for collecting and analyzing the production plan related data, according to the actual situation, make the change suggestion to the production plan.
负责收集和分析生产计划相关数据，依照实际情况，对生产计划做出变更建议。
5、Carry out production coordination, material coordination and shipment coordination to ensure the smooth completion of production plan
进行生产协调、物料协调、发运协调，确保生产计划的顺利完成。
6、Other duties assigned by superior
上级主管指派的其他工作
目前在昆山工厂工作（昆山开发区金沙江南路 距离太仓约30分车程）；两年左右搬回太仓新工厂。

1、College education or above
大专及以上学历
2、At least 3 years production planning experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with planning and material control process.
3年以上制造业生产计划工作经验，熟悉计划和物料控制流程
3、Good Knowledge with ERP/MRP, Excel, Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
熟悉ERP/MRP系统，熟练使用office工具，尤其是Excel.
4、Basic English reading and writing ability
基本英语读书写能力
5、Strong data analysis ability
较强的数据分析能力
6、Active in work, good communication skills and team player.
工作积极主动，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 |
