| 工作描述： |
1. Be responsible for securing best in class quality for assigned products.
2. Support inspection/tests of components and finished products
3. Deal with quality problems; define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions, both in production as well as suppliers.
4. Implement Engineering Change Notifications
5. Analyze quality data, and implement quality improvement projects.
6. Maintain documentation for internal and external suppliers (Q2, Q3, RF…) and inspection reports for traceability.
7. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for inspection of products.
8. Continuously improve quality inspection procedure, authorize inspection plans.
9. Support the assembly and commissioning process of assigned products
10. Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly
11. Support other tasks assigned by direct supervisor |

1. Over 5 years working experience in IQC/IPQC/ OQC system establishment and maintenance experience
2. Good data analysis ability, and MSA and SPC is a plus
3. Customer issue handling experience, and 8D report handing is a must
4. Good trouble-shooting ability, and be familiar with the tools related
5. In-process audit experience
6. Knowledgeable process validation
7. Be familiar with calibration
8. Good English on writing and reading ability. Listening and speaking is a must
9. Laser industry background is a plus |
