Lead the assembly operators of fiber assembly. Ensure compliance quality control system standard and work instructions to implement the production planning in time.
遵照通快中国的生产指导书引导装配组人员进行机床机械装配，遵守质量体系标准按时完成公司安排的生产计划
1. Comply with the safety standards strictly to ensure safe production operation
严格遵守及推行安全准则, 确保安全生产运行。
2. Ensure operator compliance with work instructions to guarantee product quality and cost.
确保操作员遵守工作指令，以保证产品的质量和成本。
3. Be responsible for the management of test equipment, fixtures and tools.
工装夹具及各类工具管理。
4. Provide CIP and find potentials for more efficient production and follow up and implement lean tasks to optimize standard process and create a neat and effective work environment.
提供CIP 建议并发现潜在可能以提高生产效率并执行，参与SYNCHRO任务以优化生产工艺及创建整洁有效的生产环境。
5. Identify talents and participate in recruiting process to find the suitable team members
识别人才及参与招聘流程，为测试组招聘合适的人选。
6. Other personnel management, include the team objectives explanation, employee handbook and TRUMPF’ policy implementation, solve conflicts in own team, training for team member, performance evaluation, vacation planning.
人员管理包括团队目标解释，员工手册及公司政策的推动执行，内部冲突的解决，部门人员的培训，绩效评估，年假计划等。
7. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |

1. Bachelor degree 本科学历
2. Technical major (optical or electrical preferred) 管理学，光学或者电气，电子，机械相关学科
3. More than five years working experience as technician in assembly or test of laser products or other optical / electrical components, with ideally more than 1 year of experience as line leader.
5年以上相关装配或者激光产品、光学、电子部件测试工作经验，1年以上产线组长相关工作经验
4. Troubleshooting in production processes 对生产过程的故障诊断
Low & high voltage electrician's certificate are an advantage 有高低压电工证者优先
Continuous improvement of production processes持续改进的生产流程
Microsoft Office 办公软件
5. Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.
Good command of English, can understand written communication 良好的英语水平，能够书面沟通交流的
