The industrial automation and equipment purchasing will be assigned to TRUMPF China purchasing team and responsible for purchasing industrial automation related products and also other system equipment to support TCN operation and achieve assigned yearly saving target.
工业自动化设备采购工程师负责通快中国的工业自动化产品以及其他企业经营所需成套设备的采购工作，来支持工厂运营以及实现采购降本目标。
1. Ensure all aspects of Purchasing's policies, objectives, and initiatives are achieved including maximizing customer satisfaction (internal and external) and minimizing cost
确保符合并完成所有的采购政策、目标与行动，实现客户满意度的最大化与成本的最小化 ；
2. Responsible for equipment sourcing process including successfully finishing requirement and market analysis, supplier pre-selection, conducting RFQ and price negotiation with suppliers
负责设备采购流程的成功完成，这包括进行需求及市场分析，供应商预选，询价，比价和与供应商的价格谈判；
3. Deep research on product structure and configuration, supply chain system and price structure, to find optimization opportunities and provide cost saving suggestions
深入研究产品结构和配置，供应链和价格体系，并提供合理的优化和降本建议；
4. Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct
日常言谈举止符合公司使命、价值、职业道德、政策和其他行为规范；
5. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

1. Bachelor degree in Mechatronics or industrial automation related background
本科学历，需要有机电一体化或工业自动化相关的教育背景
2. Min 3-5 years of experience as a purchasing engineer or equipment related position in ma industry and related.
至少3-5年在机床或相关行业担任采购，生产或研发工程师或者设备相关工作的经验
3. Proficient in investment and equipment and industries.
熟悉投资和工业设备类的采购
4. Strong communication, negotiation and Persuasiveness skills.
优秀的沟通, 谈判和说服的能力
5. Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and present skills.
良好的办公软件技能及演说能力
English is capable in daily working environment in including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）
6. Strong self-learning and deep problem research ability
具备很强的自学能力和问题深入研究能力
