Mobility is the goal:
Under the direction of Treasury manager, perform a specialized function within Zone China Treasury Operations.
- Local Business
Responsible for local Bank Guarantee handling, incl. issuance / amendment / extension / cancellation.
Ensure daily BG transactions are all processed timely and accurately.
Ensure daily BG operations processing in compliance with LOA and Schindler regulatory requirements / guidelines.
Give the expertise to help branch level to solve BG related issues.
Monitor Zone China total BG exposures closely to make sure not to breach Group Treasury limit.
Have a clear and big picture of BG facility utilization.
BG related monthly/quarterly regulation reporting.
Keep a clean and clear BG document filing.
Establish and maintain close working relationship with colleagues internally and bank ops externally to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries etc. such that these may be responded to in an efficient, prompt and professional manner.
- Export Business
Responsible for export Bank Guarantee handling, incl. issuance / amendment / extension / cancellation.
Keep a close attention and proactively involve in BG related discussion of all new Export projects.
Keep an efficient communication and follow-up with bank partners to ensure a timely free format vetting.
Help SHW/SCK to assess potential BG risks and get BG facility ready to meet any special requests.
- Mobility needs you:
Education: Bachelor Degree holder related to accounting or finance.
Experience: Over 3 years relevant experience in finance, preferable in treasury or Bank Guarantee management, SSC experience is A+.
Language: Good Chinese and English as business required
Key competencies:
Ability to work in a high volume, time-sensitive, high demanding environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and self-motivated
Possess good analytical skill, meticulous, positive attitude and good learning ability with great attention to details and multi-tasking.
Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skill.
Proficient in MS software.
