Job Description:
1.Implement import and export operations in conformance with Customs Laws, 日日regulations and Policies.
2.Import and Export documents preparation, responsible for special certificates application which is required for customs clearance.
3.Keep contact with forwarder, customs broker, planner and warehouse, reasonable arrangements for the arrival time of containers.
4.Integrate the shipment from overseas, freight cost down continuously, apply payment for import and export shipment.
5.Assistance for daily business with Customs, Commodity Inspection Bureau.
6.Booking import part information into Xpert and edit contract number to corresponding material planners.
7.Clearance time management, forwarder annual assessment management.
8.Other assigned work by logistics manager.
Qualification:
1.College's degree or above.
2.3 years or above working experience in relevant area.
3.Good command of MS-Excel.
4.Hard-working and teamwork spirit.
5.Good command in oral and written Englis. |
