Electrical Engineer-制冷行业电气工程师
Overall Summary：
Control and maintenance of the electrical part (switch box) of the production equipment
Control and maintenance of all the utilities (power distribution/ boiler/waste water treatment/chiller/air conditions)
Key Responsibility:
To execute the planned maintenance and incidental breakdowns.
To maintain, trouble shoot on electrical, electronic, pneumatic and automation system.
Analysis the shutdown of machine or abnormal status to find the right solution. Participate in continuous improvement activities to make equipment improvement action and optimize machine according to process requirement.
Manage and purchase spare parts with the base of balance cost and actual needs, responsible for SAP system.
To keep the workplace clean, tidy and hygienic; knowledge of 5S and TPM would be an added advantage, maintenance is implemented in accordance with the Safety & Health Environmental guidelines.
Assists in controlling and monitoring effective maintenance operations to meet the set standards of cost and quality.
Performs as a trainer to subordinating technicians from Technical, Production department.
Prepares daily reports on operational efficiencies of all electrical parts, checks, surveys and carries out in-depth study then makes the necessary adjustment and fine tuning to ensure that plant equipment are at their optimum condition.
Carries out regular observation and monitoring of energy to end users, making recommendations and taking measures to conserve energy.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualification Requirements:
-Educational background:
大专或以上学历，电气，机电工程或自动化专业， 会使用CAD绘图软件，西门子编程软件，有低压/高压电工证, 英文听说读写良好
College or above- majored in Electrical /Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Automation. Good at CAD drawing. Good programming knowledge, experience with Siemens PLC S7, WinCC Possess a valid high voltage and low voltage operating license. Able to speak, read and write English/Chinese fluently.
-Relevant experience:
3年以上制造型外资企业电气工程师经验，制冷行业优先
At least five years working experience in production environment, hands-on experience in the field of refrigeration industry.
Understand working principle of electrical power distribution, control and interlocking system.
With good knowledge in utilities (power distribution/ boiler/waste water treatment/chiller/air conditions)
With good knowledge in SAP
With good knowledge in food production process
