Main responsibilities:
As Sales Support in our PL, PK, NW, MT Division, and your primary objective will be to support sales activities such as provide quotations, support customer projects, training, follow-ups and customer assistance. This includes expert engagement with customers to help deepen relationships with current ones, identify prospects and work closely with our sales engineers to develop new accounts.
Tasks:
• Prepare and send quotations to customers for spare parts, tooling and systems
• Accountable for accurate order reviews as part of order processing and ensuring project kick-offs are held on time in order to meet internal / external customer timelines
• Effectively communicate, work with and seek help from all HUC departments as required to provide follow-up feedback on applications, projects, orders and/or shipments to meet customers’ reasonable requests and inquiries
• Manage CRM PIM process for Sales Engineers in coordination with order processing department including assisting with updating CRM quotes and orders as needed to shorten processing time and acknowledgement response time to customer
• Manage receipt of samples from customers including check-in of samples, acknowledgement to customer or receipt of samples, updating of internal processes, and return of customer property
• Participate in project kick-offs and tooling design review meetings, weekly applications meetings and Sales Meetings as required to provide coordination of internal sales processes and the management of project activities with the sales staff
• Assist with performing application feasibility tests and/or application test welds, complete application reports and communicate and submit data to potential new and/or current customers
• Maintain customer data and information in CRM as needed
• Using company software to identify part numbers, inventory, status of current projects
• Preparation of reports, education material, product information, analysis and presentations for sales meetings, internal and external trainings and seminars
• Prepare and distribute technical documentation as required in support of Sales Engineers and customer inquiries
• Travel as needed with and in support of Sales Engineers or trade shows
• All other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor
