KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and manage small to medium size manufacturing operations and practices to ensure quality of products produced.
• Prepare budgets and timelines and assemble meetings on manufacturing issues and projects assigned.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and training of machinery and processes to ensure quality of products produced.
• Formulate corrective action reports based on testing and research, recommend design and / or process changes and implement design or process changes as approved.
• Develop, set-up and test new equipment and processes as deemed appropriate.
• Use computer and necessary software to write reports. Develop spreadsheets, charts tables and graphs to support reports written.
• Maintain contact and working relations with ZMC Engineering, and or others, on projects and or issues.
• Help train and instruct operational workforce in the areas including but not limited to machine and process operation, maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Perform any other duties related in nature which may be assigned.
• Willing to travel to the USA for extended periods of time.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in the applied technical area and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Product Knowledge—the individual must have knowledge of Machinery, electrical and quality practices.
• Fluent in Mandurian and English
• Demonstrated Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required, 3D software like Solidworks is a plus;
• Ability to work independently and thoroughly
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
