PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Participates in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy;
2. Evaluates suppliers' productivity, capacity, quality, price and technology plans;
3. Negotiates competitive commercial terms for material, fixed assets and service contracts;
4. Develops and maintains systems to support sourcing information needs;
5. Release the order to supplier and arrange the payment, tracking the deliver OTD as KPI.
6. Other jobs assigned by superior.
Education background/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in automotive, mechanical or industry engineering
Working experience:
3 or more year experiences in purchasing or 5 years in engineering.
Skills:
Familiar with quality systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. |
