| 工作描述： |
• On the issue of a production order; to prepare, set-up and adjust the production within the time allocated on the STAKA.
• 收到生产订单后，在STAKA分配时间内准备、设置和调整设备，准备进行生产
• Strip down previous production dies and calibrations.
• 拆除上一份订单产品的磨头和校正模
• Set-up and start new production with LOP’s assistance if necessary.
• 若有必要，在技术员的协助下设置新的生产参数
• Bring the production to within specification and inform QC. Complete first off report on Laufzettel.
• 给QC具体规格的产品，让他们马上完成Laufzettel 的报告
• To plan and organize all packaging materials, compound, recording the relevant dates on production documents during his work time.
• 计划和组织所有包装材料，混合物，于此同时在生产文件上记录相关的日期
• Fill out Monitoring sheet.
• 填写监控单
• Return soiled production items to the Tool room and inform them on any future recommendations that may assist production. This is to be done together with the LOP.
• 与技术员一起，把影响生产的模具退给模具室，并就此给出建设性的意见和建议
• To complete and carry out all the work stated on the MZE.
• 定期完成MZE上的所有工作
• To complete the regular maintenance of machines/equipments allocated to him.
• 完成常规的机器维修/设备分配
• To ensure that his work place is clean and that the health and safety standards are maintained.
• 按照维修部要求保持工作环境的整洁、健康与安全
• Other duties as required.
• 按要求完成其他的职责 |
