工作描述: |
1.在统计工程学、工艺符合性、问题解决和减少变差方面提供资源/培训师;Function as a Resource/Trainer in Statistical Engineering techniques, process qualification, problem solving, and variation reduction
2.与相关人员一起通过结构化的问题解决过程进行调查、确认和解决问题;
Guiding through a structured problem solving process with involved people (investigation, confirmation and solution phase)
3.通过将业务指标转换为技术项目,与工厂和工程管理、客户质量和运营部门合作,使用“谢宁Rolling TOP 5”方法选择质量改进项目;
Work with plant and engineering management, customer quality and operations to select quality improvement projects using “Shainin Rolling TOP 5” method, by converting business metrics to technical projects
4.支持解决汽车行业的通用问题;
Support local problem solving general issues in the automotive industry.
5.使用谢宁方法或类似方法进行根本原因分析;
Converge on problem root cause using “Shainin Red X” or comparable methods.
6.支持客户发起的质量问题调查;
Support communication to customer initiated quality investigations.
7.培养内部团队问题解决的能力;
Develop problem solving skill set of internal team
8.分析及验证新的制造过程和工程设计,降低风险等级;
Analyze and validate new manufacturing process and engineering designs, to lower flawless launch risk levels
9.有效地向管理层报告项目进度和经验教训(90%英语);
Communicate effectively with management regarding project status and lessons learned (90 % English)
10.需要时,支持马勒其他工厂的问题解决;
Support launch and problem solving activities in other MAHLE sites as needed.
11.根据需要提供/协调/促进培训活动;
Provide/Coordinate /Facilitate training events as required.
任职要求:
1.四年4工程或制造专业工作经验;
4 Year Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing
2.夏宁方法熟练或大师;
Shainin RED X Journeyman or RED X Master Certified
3.有复杂质量问题处理经验;
Experience in investigating complex quality problems
4.能够为工程和管理创建、组织和展示技术数据(精通minitab和统计软件)Ability to create, organize and present technical data for engineering and
management decision making (Proficient in Minitab and Statistical software)
5.有能力将调查结果应用于可能的解决方法中;
Ability to apply investigations into possible solutions
6.有与内部问题解决团队工作经验;指导及发展策略;
Experienced in working with dedicated international problem solving teams, coaching and developing strategies
7.优秀的人际交往能力;
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
8.有能力领导及指导他人;
Ability to coach & develop others.
9.能与组织中不同级别的人工作。
Ability to work together with all levels within the organization |
