以下职责只适用于项目阶段(QG0 to QG4）。
Below responsibilities apply for project stage (QG0 to QG4).
1. 与客户沟通质量问题；
Interface to customer concerning quality topics.
2. 主导整个项目质量团队对PDP项目进行监控；
Lead whole project quality team to monitor all of PDP projects
3. 主导问题解决活动;
Take a leading in management of all Problem Solving activities.
4. 主导客户项目阶段审核；
Take a lead for customer’s on-site audit activities
5. 主导APQP文件包准备；
Lead of preparations for APQP package to customers.
6. 处理客户项目阶段投诉；
Deal with customer’s complaints.
7. 分析客户质量要求和确保合规；
Analysis of customer quality requirements and ensuring compliance to these ones.
8. 积极参与风险评估（尤其是差异分析）；
Participate actively to risk assessment (particularly due to different analysis).
9. 确保及支持项目团队遵守项目流程并使用相关质量工具；
Ensure adoption by project team of procedure and quality methods & tools and support in the use of them.
10. 支持确认和验证计划的建立，批准 DVP & DV/PV 报告；
Support in the creation of verification & validation plans and approval of DVP & DV/PV reports.
11. 与开发工程师和原型样件车间协作建立原型控制计划；
Creation of prototype control plan in collaboration with Development engineer and Prototype Shop.
12. 对供给集团内部客户APQP负责；
Responsible for the APQP of intercompany parts.
13. FMEAS ：回顾已定义措施的实施；
FMEAS: review that defined actions are implemented.
14. 批准无缺陷投产和系列控制计划及内部项目报告；
Approval of flawless launch & series control plans and IPA report.
15. 发货前，检查原型样件和原型样件的测量、测试报告；
Checking of prototypes and prototype measurement & test reports- before delivery.
16. 检查项目可交付的所有文档都都在 EasyDMS中获得；（如风险评估， FMEA， DVP, 测试报告等）；
Review that all document of the project deliverables (e.g. risk assessment, FMEA, DVP, test report…) are available in EasyDMS
17. 在DV或PV测试中发现的问题解决关注事项的管理；
Management of problem solving concerning issues detected during DV or PV.
18. 批准PAPP文件；
Approval of PPAP folder.
19. 审核和批准由项目团队执行的项目评审；
Moderation and approval of project reviews performed by project team.
20. 确保核心项目成员讨论的所有与质量相关的信息，包含变更，风险探测及评估传递给客户质量工程师和供应商质量工程师；
Make sure that all quality relevant information from the project discussed in the Core team, including changes, risk detection and evaluation, is forwarded to CQE and SQE.
21. 发现风险或收到项目成员升级的风险时需尽快通知项目核心小组，
Report any risk to Core team as soon as it has been detected by him/her or escalated by any of his/her team members. |

质量五大工具Quality five tool
熟悉质量管理体系(IATF16949)和熟练掌握及运用质量工具知识(五大工具，7大手法)。
Familiar with quality management system (IATF16949) and Very good knowledge of quality tools (Quality five tool, 7 basic tool) .
5年及以上APQP质量策划经验,并主导APQP项目。
More than 5 years in APQP function , ability to conduct APQP projects.
具有技术合同评审经验。
Knowledge of technical contract review.
风险风险经验。
Experience with risk analysis.
熟悉验证计划。
Familiar with validation plans.
能够良好的在跨部门间工作，良好的分析和沟通能力。
Ability to work in an cross functional environment, good analytical and communication skills. |
