| 工作描述： |
1.监测法律法规符合性确保公司的产品、活动和服务符合相关法律的规定和其它要求
Monitor Legal compliance to ensure company products, activities and services comply with relevant legal and other requirements;
2.通过发现EHS关键因素，识别、评估和提升EHS程序
Identify and assess EHS aspects and propose EHS programs through finding key aspects;
3.执行EHS审核(ISO14001)，重大不符合项的跟踪，及时纠正确保EHS体系运行
Carry out EHS system audit(ISO14001), relevant NC findings follow up and procedure/WI updating to ensure EHS system's suitability and appropriateness;
4.实施EHS培训、改进和沟通，提高员工的安全意识和能力
Conduct or coordinate EHS training, promotion and communication to improve employees' awareness and competence of EHS especially in critical cases;
5.积极参加健康与安全方案的制定和管理。确保其100%符合总部安全与职业健康的规范要求，并符合当地适用的法令法规
Participating in the establishment and management for the health and safety scheme actively. Ensuring the scheme fully compliance with safety and occupational health regulation requirement by headquarter and local laws and regulations
6.进行现场检查和方案评估及日常检查工作,并对新设备进行EHS方面的验收。
Appraising site inspection and program evaluation and daily check，and responsible for EHS acceptance for new machine.
7.对EHS的项目管理及跟踪
EHS Project Management and follow up
8.协助评估和选择个人劳保用具
Assisting to appraise and select personal protection equipment
9. 主导事故调查,编写事故报告及跟踪后续行动计划，
Be responsible for accident investigation, draft the accident reports and follow-up action plan
10.作为公司的安全与职业健康与政府的业务联络人员，确保所有政府检查/不符合报告被妥善记录，保存，报告改正。把有关法令法规的不符合通知立即上报公司最高管理层及公司总部
As the operation contact person between EHS for the company and the government, ensuring all check-up by government/Non Conformance Report be recorded, preserved, reported and corrected. Reporting the nonconformance reports about the related laws and regulations to the top management and company headquarter immediately
