| 工作描述： |
1. Take charge of production equipment breakdown rate reduction in order to ensure daily production and increase production efficiency 负责降低生产设备故障率，保障日常生产运行，提高生产效率 2. Buildup and control spare parts inventory, control maintenance cost 制定设备维修所需备品、备件计划，控制备品备件库存和维修成本； 3. Initiates, implements and supervises the plant maintenance program with emphasis on planned, scheduled and predictive maintenance 发起、实施和监督设备保养程序，制定设备预防保养计划； 4. Training provided to technician，implement and achieve a high level of quality and service. 培训技术员团队，改善维修质量和服务 5. Manages the materials and tools needed for the proper functioning of all maintenance activities；管理所有设备维修所必须的备件和特殊工具； 6. Identify and check out the reason of machine failure, draw up the repair plan, Lead team to analysis the root cause.确定设备故障原因并制定维修计划，带领团队分析故障的根本原因； 7. Find the machine improvement opportunity and lead team complete it.带领团队寻找设备的改善机会并积极实施改善。 |
