Responsibilities
岗位职责
1.Provide engineered drive solutions based on customer information
根据客户需求提供工程驱动解决方案
2.Support the sales team on project proposals; drawings, application methods and system recommendations
给销售团队提供项目建议，技术方法和传动建议
3.Visit customer with our Sales team to train, and support customer requirements
和销售一起拜访客户，培训和支持客户需求
4.Perform comprehensive drive analysis on existing and new power transmission systems
对现存的以及新的传动装置提供驱动分析
5.Provide on-site troubleshooting when necessary to determine corrective action of product and or application issues
提供必要的现场问题排查，以确定产品和或应用程序问题的纠正措施
6.Coordinate with plant and quality department to solve the requirements of technical and quality dept.
与工厂、质量部门配合解决技术和质量的需要
7.Collect and feedback competitor’s and market information.
收集竞争对手和市场的信息
8.Constantly participate in team building and contribute ideas & strategy to grow.
参与团队建设，贡献新的想法
9.Perform other duties as assigned by management level

Qualifications

1.University graduate with Bachelor’s degree in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering, At least 3 years working experience with mechanical equipment, design, or applications
机械、工程相关专业毕业, 至少3年机械设计或应用工作经验
2.positive energy, self-motivated/independent Analytical approach to problem solving
自我激励，独立问题分析和解决的能力
3.Skill in CAD or other computer aided design functions
CAD或其他计算机辅助设计软件的应用能力
4.Good PPT, communication and coordination skills
