Principal Accountabilities for IT engineers
1.Maintenance servicing of the local network (LAN) in Taicang
负责维护太仓公司的局域网系统
a Monitoring and recording the functional capability of the servers and the active network
components监控记录服务器，交换机等网络系统的运行状况
Information about existing disorders in the IT area通报IT系统存在的故障及不正常情况
Abolishment of the existing disorders, if necessary in cooperation with IT Hagen解决存在的故障，如果有必要，需配合公司总部Hagan IT工程师的工作
b Monitoring and maintenance if the passive network components
Detection and abolishment of the sources of errors
监控发现并维护无源网络部件，找到原因并消除故障
c Supervision and maintenance (self reparation, if possible) of the PCs,
if necessary in cooperation with IT Hagen
管理并维护公司所有电脑（如有可能需要自己修理），
如果有必要，需配合公司总部Hagan IT工程师的工作
d Exchange and new establishment of PCs according to the planning in Hagen/Taicang
根据太仓/Hagan的计划更新或新增电脑
e Maintenance of the printers 维护打印机
f Updating the PCs, holding spare parts for the most important hardware components in store 负责电脑升级，并对关键硬件做备件计划
g Compliance with the security guidelines. Especially obligation of secrecy
遵守公司安全规定，尤其是保密条例
h Communicating with the responsible college in Hagen if there is installations or changes
当新装或更新设备时负责与Hagan的相关负责同事沟通
i Monthly update of servers and restart of servers (Exchange, Backup, other virtual and
physical servers
每月更新服务器，重启服务器(数据交换，备份在虚拟服务器和实体服务器上)
2.Software 软件维护
a Software updates of PCs and Servers (Windows-Update).
负责电脑及服务器的软件升级（操作系统windows升级）
b Installation of Software. Application standard Software (Word / Excel / Navision / e.g.),
Support of the users for software utilization
if necessary in cooperation with IT Hagen
负责安装标准应用软件（Word/Excel/Navision/e.g.）,并给予使用者以技术支持。
如果有必要，需配合公司总部Hagan IT工程师的工作
c Cooperation for implementing new technologies in the Taicang company
负责太仓公司新的计算机技术的应用
d Be able to work with the FDC system (Factory data collection, the software connected to
all the machines in production) and to fix problems
负责生产管理系统的维护以及问题解决
3.Data security and virus protection 数据安全及病毒防护
a Organization of the Backup-System, 负责管理构建备份系统
Administration of the Backup medias and control of the enforcement,
Informing IT Hagen about existing disorders
负责管理备份媒体工具，向Hagan IT工程师通报存在的故障及不正常情况
b Organization of the access rights for user files in the local network (Taicang),
In cooperation with the department manager and the IT department in Hagen
配合部门经理和Hagan IT部门管理构建太仓员工局域网内的文件的使用权限
c Organization of the virus protection, . Supply of updated software.
Detection and abolishment of viruses in the local network.
负责网络系统的病毒防护，软件升级，监控并消除局域网内的病毒
4. Special requirements for this position
a Responsible for all physical Servers
负责所有的物理服务器.
b Responsible for Netapp storage
负责Netapp存储设备.
c Responsible for Firewall and Switches
负责防火墙和交换机.
d Responsible for Network construction
负责网络建设.
e Responsible for VM Ware system
负责VM Ware 虚拟化系统.
f Responsible for the observation of the Citrix system in steady communication with Germany, as Citrix is maintaines by Germany
由于Citrix 由德国维护，负责观察Citrix系统稳定运行，及时同德国沟通。
g Responsible for Email system
负责电子邮件系统.
h Responsible for the Backup system
负责备份系统.
i Responsible for the Navision ERP system, including trouble solving (communication to the HAgen IM) and helping Manager in developing new functions for new processes
负责Navision ERP系统，包括问题解决（和哈根IM沟通）和协助经理开发新流程的新软件功能.
j Administration and follow up of all warranties
管理和跟踪所有的系统质保.
k First contact partner for IT service provider Amol
Amol IT 服务供应商第一联系人.
l Monthly checks and updates of the servers

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
a Qualification according to the job description with certificates (study – diploma),
ideal Microsoft Certified Engineer or similar,
计算机等相关专业学历，有微软认证工程师或相似证书者优先
b Knowledge of administration of Windows surroundings (Windows 2003 / 2008/2010),
熟悉掌握windows管理环境（windows2003/2008/2010）
c According job experience,
相关工作经验
d The worker has to speak fluent English,
Ideal would be the knowledge of German language.
流利的英语口头和书面表达能力，会德语者优先
e Ideal would also be additional basic knowledge of Microsoft Navision.
熟悉微软Navision系统者优先
