主要职责（Main Responsibilities）: • 现场提供维修维护设备 Provide services and maintenance of machines on site o 采取防御性维护措施 Ensure preventive maintenance is performed o 维修机器故障，监督协调工作 Ensure machine breakdowns are repaired o 确保维护、维修记录 Ensure current and accurate record of maintenance o 确保所有相关生产厂家的修改和变更被有效的履行 Ensure all relevant manufacturer modifications and updates are performed/installed • 配件管理 Ensure a sound spare part warehouse o 保持良好的备件管理 Maintain good housekeeping o 确保配件的有效性和合理的安全库存 Ensure availability of spare parts and reasonable safety inventory • 确保对现场承包商进行有效管理 Manage contractors on site • 确保所有员工理解并遵守公司的规章制度 Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures • 团队精神 Lead the Team o 确保团队工作有效地进行 Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible o 评估员工培训需求和确保培训的实施 Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training o 有效调配员工（特别是在重大节日期间），确保顺利生产 Ensures staff are brought in to cover absenteeism and holidays o 正确记录员工考勤 Correctly records time and attendance of team o 进行年度工作评估 Performs annual Performance Evaluation 教育背景Education/Experience: • 学士学位以上机电工程或自动化相关专业 Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics engineering or equivalent experience • 至少4年在制造型行业相关岗位的工作经验 Minimum four years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry • 有电脑机器控制系统及液压、气动系统工作经历 Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines and hydraulic / pneumatic systems • 具备在压力下平稳运行工程部并快速处理问题的能力 Hands on experience in running busy engineering department • 项目管理经验 Project management experience 资格/技能Qualifications/Skills: • 良好英语能力（口语,书面,阅读） Very good English skills (verbal, writing, reading) • 较强的领导力和组织能力 Strong leadership and organization capabilities • 较强的时间管理能力 Strong ability on time management ability • 善于沟通和协商 Good at negotiation and communication • 同时处理多任务的能力 Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time • 成本节约和预算技能 Cost saving and budgeting skills |
