Main responsibilities：
In the project progress：在专案项目的过程中：
1.Provide support for manufacturing prototype.
提供标准化制造作业
2.Provide maintenance information to equipment group for the equipment concept /designing / manufacturing for production system.
给机台设备提供设备理念、设计、产品制造系统等相联系的维修维护资料
3.Participate the equipment acceptance process
参与设备的验收评价过程
4.Participate the equipment set up and installation
参与设备的安装调试投入生产使用的过程
5.Responsible for setting up equipment maintenance plan, and complete the TPM Doc.
负责设备维护计划的建立和实施，完成TPM
6.Responsible for training to manufacturing staff for TPM.
负责对制造作业工作人员 TPM 的培训
7.Take care of LOP issues, which is list by the leader
随时注意主管列出的 LOP 事项
In the normal production:在常规的生产中：
1.Responsible for regular maintenance of injection machine, tooling and auxiliaries
负责注塑机，注塑模及相关辅助机台维修维护
2.Responsible daily break down maintenance.
负责机台设备的日常故障唯修
3.Responsible for supporting to make maintenance plan set up and implement it.
负责维修维护计划的制定以及它的执行和实施
4.Responsible for TPM implementation.
负责 TPM 的实施
5.Responsible for supporting spare parts management
负责对备用零部件的管理
6.Provide the support to industrial group for production system improvement.
给生产系统改善方案提供协助
7.Responsible for supporting EHS management in the company.

Requirement:
1.College and above degree, major in electrical automation, mechatronics or relevant.
大专及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化及相关专业。
2.At least 5 years working experience as an electrical engineer and more than 2 years of CNC maintenance.
至少5年以上电气工程师的工作经验，至少2年的加工中心维护经验。
3.Familiar with the structure of machining equipment such as CNC and vertical lathe.
熟悉机加工设备的构造，如加工中心和立式车床。
4.Must be familiar with Siemens 840D and S7-200/300 PLC, knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, servo motion control.
必须熟悉西门子840D和S7-200/300 PLC，懂得电气、液压、气动、润滑和伺服控制的工作原理。
5.Can use AutoCAD to draw electrical and mechanical drawings.
能够使用AutoCAD绘制电气和机械图纸。
6.Good at English reading and writing, can read English documents and drawings independently.
良好的英语读写能力，能够独自阅读英文文档和图纸。
7.Could use MS office to make maintenance instructions and graph.
能够使用办公软件制作维护文档和图表。
8.Familiar with visual system and laser marker is preferred.
熟悉机器视觉系统和激光刻码机更佳。
