| 工作描述： |
负责组织公司质量管理体系文件的创建与维护以及日常运行；负责组织公司产品质量问题的跟踪与处理
Responsible for quality management system document build up、maintenance and implement；responsible for product quality issue tracing and dispose
1. 负责组织公司质量体系文件的编写、审核、实施，并维护质量体系的日常运行；
Organize to prepare, check, implement Quality system document, and ensure the quality system implemented
2.负责计划和实施年度内部质量体系审核、产品审核、过程审核，并跟踪审核发现项的实施；
Plan and implement yearly internal QMS audit/Product audit/process audit, and follow up the audit findings implementation.
3.编制管理评审计划并完成管理评审报告；
Prepare Management Review plan and finish Management Review report;
4.负责客户审核的协调和陪同，跟踪审核发现项的实施并按时反馈给客户；
Coordinate customer audit, follow up the audit findings implementation and ensure feedback to customer on time;
5.负责第三方审核的协调和陪同，跟踪审核发现项的实施并按时反馈给审核组；
Coordinate 3rd party audit, follow up the audit findings implementation and ensure feedback to auditor on time;
6.负责公司受控文件的管理（受控、发放、回收）；
Responsible for all document control and management(control, release, withdraw);
7.根据公司和顾客的要求，不断更新程序文件，使质量体系的运行更有效，更符合顾客的需求；
Continuous improve Quality system as customers and our development requirements;
8.公司内部产品质量问题的跟踪和处理，包括来料/制程/客户端环节
Product quality issue tracing and dispose from incoming、process and customer side;
9.质量周报发布以及跟踪改善措施实时状况；
Quality weekly report publish and tracing improving action implement status；
10.参与新产品前期过程开发以及PPAP提交
Involve in new product process development and PPAP submission；
11.完成上级领导安排的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by quality manager.
技能 Skill
◆熟悉IATF16949体系；
Know IATF16949 standard well.
◆良好的沟通及跨部门协作能力；
Ability to communicate and interact well with people in all departments.
◆熟悉APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,CP, 8D 等质量工具；
Familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,CP,8D quality tool;
◆熟练使用办公软件和英语
Good office & English in listening, speaking, reading and writing。
