POSITION SUMMARY：
As bridge to connect local demand and oversea supply which include the ZMC as well as JP/KR decoration supplier, the procurement specialist need track each step in the lifecycle of procurement orders to make sure fulfillment hit. He/she need work together with cross function team members to make this fulfillment process smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the demand request from Zippo China as well the Zippo Asia team and clarify the request.
• Make the procurement order accordingly to the request and release to oversea suppliers.
• Work with supplier as well as related functions to make sure the PO delivery happen in time and with accuracy
• Payment made or support to make the payment in time
• Work on procurement related documents / reports and assist line manager to track the performance of suppliers and supervise them accordingly
• Other jobs assigned by line manager to improve the demand fulfillment.
REQUIREMENTS:
1- Bachelor degree of Procurement/Supply Chain or other relative major
2- More than 2 years working experience in procurement, graduate with high potential accepted
3- Familiar with procurement operation
4- Skilled in Microsoft office software operation
5- Good communication skill
6- Fluent in English, reading, speaking and writing.
7- Able to work under higher pressure with positive working attitude
