Job Description 工作描述
70% Operations:
· Familiar with DC operation process (Inbound & Outbound & Inventory), establish and maintain DC related operation SOP;
熟悉直流操作流程(进出库)，建立并维护直流相关操作SOP
· Work with 3PL lean and solution team to optimize return warehouse process including layout, flow to achieve return productivity gain;
·与第三方物流精益及解决方案团队合作，优化退货仓库流程，包括布局、流程，实现退货生产力的提升;
· Work with 3PL to support business team and operation manager to build and elevate the return warehouse services;
·与第三方物流合作，支持业务团队和运营经理建立和提升退货仓库服务;
· Operation related return tracking reporting maintain with rational analysis to support business needs；
·操作相关返回跟踪报告保持理性分析,以支持业务需求;
· Work with operation manager and 3PL to support business consumer moments (eg:618 & D11, etc.) event.
·与运营经理和第三方物流合作，支持特殊项目(如:618和D11等)活动。
15% 3PL Performance management:
· Support 3PL performance team to set up and review KPI for 2 return warehouses;
·支持第三方物流绩效团队建立并审核2个退货仓库KPI;
· Support GP team to verify 3PL monthly return operation billings (Ad hoc pass-through etc.) and monitor actual operation cost;
·支持GP团队审核第三方物流月度退货运算单(临时转帐等)并监控实际运营成本;
· Organize and participated regular meetings with 3PL and Nike logistics relevant functions to review DC overall performance and follow up actions for key projects from operation perspective.
·组织并参与与第三方物流、耐克物流相关职能部门的定期会议，从运营角度对DC整体业绩进行考核，并跟进重点项目的行动。
15% Site management:
· Warehouse fixed assets list maintain and annual on-site counting, Support annual GRC and SSAE audit requirements;
·仓库固定资产清单维护及年度现场盘点，支持年度GRC及SSAE审核要求;
· Support the site tour and flow introduction for internal & external visitors to return warehouse;
·支持内外部访客返回仓库的现场参观和流程介绍;
Technical Skill 技能要求：
· Have DC operation experience, and understand key distribution center operational functions.
·具有仓储运营经验，了解重点配送中心运行功能。
· Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin
·沟通/语言:流利的英语和普通话
· Other: Proficient in Excel software with strong knowledge of analysis tools skill.
·其他:熟练使用Excel软件，具备较强的分析工具知识。
