Job Summary: Lead project team to implement project management starting from initiative activity / biding phase to final acceptance phase. As well be responsible for the latter accountable receivable after the warranty period is ended.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate sales team to clearly clarify customers' needs, specifications etc., fully support sales manager to fight for sales orders from technical prospection.
2. Supervise, follow up, coordinate the project status to make sure deliver qualified furnaces timely according to sales contract. Meanwhile well control project budget and cost case by case.
3. Communicate with German project colleagues frequently on technical documents, drawings etc.
4. Work together with service team to solve the technical problems after the furnaces are delivered.
5. Maintain hard and soft project documents.
6. Motivate and manage subordinates to make a high performed team. |

Job Qualifications:
1. Have full experiences of project management in Thermal Equipment industry or Die-casting / foundry industry
2. Bachelor‘s degree with mechanical engineering background.
3. Excellent planning, implementation, communication, organizing and coordinating abilities.
4. Can draw mechanical drawings, read basic construction layout drawings, electrical drawings.
5. Fluent English reading, speaking, listening and writing ability.
6. Self-driven, experiences of leading team.
7. Awareness of cost/budget control, accurate mind with attention to details. |
