1. In charge of ZTC promotion of Tmall Flagship Shop, including the improvement of ZTC head picture, quality score of key words, price offer adjustment according to the market, be responsible for the ZTC ROI.
负责天猫店铺直通车推广，包括直通车关键词优化，直通车主图优化，关键词质量得分提升，关键词竞价优化，对直通车ROI负责。
2. In charge of Zuanzhan promotion of Tmall Flagship Shop, including the improvement of Zuanzhan promotion, exhibition quantity, click quantity, conversion ratio, etc. Be responsible for the Zuanzhan ROI.
负责天猫店铺钻展推广，包括钻展资源位选择，钻展推广图的优化，展现量、点击量、转化率的提升，对ROI负责。
3. In charge of TAOKE promotion of Tmall Flagship Shop, including making SKU strategy of TAOKE, commission strategy, TAOKE activity strategy, find new TAOKE resources and maintain the current TAOKE resources.
负责天猫店铺淘宝客推广，包括确定淘宝客推广的SKU策略，佣金策略，淘宝客活动策略，不断寻找新的淘宝客资源并维护好店铺现有淘宝客资源。
4. In charge of activity promotion of Tmall Flagship Shop, including inside shop activity and Tmall official activity, make annual promotion plan targeted on 6.18 and 11.11 promotion.
负责天猫店铺活动推广，包括店内活动策划和天猫活动报名，以6.18和11.11大型促销为目标安排好全年促销计划。
5. In charge of promotion of other online shop such as JD, etc.
负责其它线上平台店铺的推广。 |

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in e-commerce, marketing, etc.;
本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销类相关专业。
2. 1-2 years’ experience of Tmall operation, at least 1 year experience of actual ZTC & Zuanzhan operation, better has experience of e-commerce operation for big or successful brand.
1-2年电商运营工作经验，至少一年以上直通车以及钻展实际操作经验，有大型电商运营经验者优先考虑。
3. Have deep understanding for internet especially e-commerce, familiar with operation mode of e-commerce, have rich experience of internet promotion.
对互联网尤其是电子商务有深刻理解，熟悉电子商务运营模式，对于网络推广有丰富经验。
4. Familiar with SEO rules of Taobao & Tmall, familiar with the latest business module and the annual promotion activities, better have certain resources of promotion activity.
熟悉淘宝天猫SEO规则，熟悉淘宝天猫最新玩法，熟悉淘宝天猫全年度促销活动并有一定的活动资源。
5. Be good at logic analysis, swift sense for numbers and data, skilled to make improvement and guide operation through data analysis.
具有较强的逻辑思维、数据调研和分析能力，善于通过数据指导优化运营。
6. Be good at writing, familiar with various kinds of popular language, have nice sense for visual design.
有较好的文字功底，熟悉各种潮流热门用语，有良好的视觉审美感。
7. Workable English with both speaking and writing.
英文读写能力良好，可用于日常工作。
8. Strong team- work awareness.
较强的团队合作精神。 |
