Organize regular department environment aspect and safety hazard identification and risk assessment, and help the potential safety hazard to reduce and control
定期组织各部门进行环境因素、安全危害的识别及风险评估，并协助安全隐患的减少及控制。
To develop and implement the relevant safety regulations and plant ISO14001&ISO45001&ISO50001 management system to meet the requirements of local laws and regulations and the group's security policy.
发展并执行相关安全规程和工厂ISO14001环境管理体系,ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系, ISO50001能源管理体系等，以满足当地法律法规和集团安全政策的要求，将这些标准整合到日常的生产中。
Participate in daily walk line of site, track and verify the completion of security corrective and preventive measures.
参与每天的现场走线，跟踪并验证安全纠正及预防措施的完成情况。
Promote EHS related improvement project, collect and analyze relevant data to improve for safety,environment protection, energy consumption, the EHS risks in the process of production management/equipment change.
推动EHS相关改善项目，为寻找安全环保，节能高效改善收集和分析相关数据，管理生产/设备变更过程中的EHS风险。
Participate in plant EHS management committee, participate in the incident prevention and root cause analysis, responsible for communication and coordination and execution of comprehensive EHS inspection/check.
参与工厂EHS管理委员会，参与事故调查和根本原因分析，负责沟通协调及执行各项EHS综合、专项检查。
Through daily communication with all departments, encourage employees to actively participate in safety improvement proposal and security activities, using incentive and disciplinary measures to the behavior of the security in staff management.
通过与各部门的日常沟通，鼓励员工积极参与安全改善的提案及安全活动，采用激励和奖惩措施管理员工的行为安全。
Contractor/Supplier safety management, coordination with the representatives of each department project, ensure the safety of the contractor's construction process in accordance with the factory.
承包商/供应商的安全管理，配合各部门项目代表，确保承包商的施工过程符合工厂的安全规定。
Processing and communication with local authorities( EPB, FPB, CDC, WSSB) and external affairs, including the report of the accidents and response for govement with their on-site checks,assist with admin and clinics for the occupational health medical checks.
与当地的政府官员（包括环保局，消防大队，疾控中心，安监局等）的沟通和外部事务的处理，包括事故报告及配合政府部门的日常抽查，并协助行政部和医务室做好员工职业健康体检安排、跟踪和沟通。

• At least Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ safety engineering/environment engineering,etc.
机械工程/安全工程/环境工程等相关专业本科及以上学位；
• Good at data analysis, transaction planning and problem solving and good communication and coorindation skills
擅于数据分析、事务规划及解决问题及良好的沟通与协调技能；
• National Certified Safety Engineers,
国家注册安全工程师；
• ISO 14001/ISO45001/ISO5001/ISO14064 related Auditor,
ISO 14001/ISO45001/ISO5001/ISO14064等相关体系审核员；
• Good English reading and writing skills,
良好的英语读写能力；
• Must be team-oriented with strong leadership,
具备良好的团队协作和较强的领导力意识。
