Job responsibility:
1.Assist the general manager to formulate the company's development strategy and marketing strategy, formulate and organize the implementation of complete marketing plan, and lead the team to translate the plan into sales results 协助总经理制定公司的发展战略，营销战略，制定并组织实施完整的营销计划，领导团队将计划转变为销售结果；
2.Responsible for customer maintenance and management of main engine plant: formulation and supervision of planning strategy, promotion of sales and customer satisfaction 负责主机厂客户维护与管理：计划战略的制定及监督实施，提升销售及客户满意度
3.New business development: identify potential business and growth opportunities and obtain new business/projects to meet sales targets 新业务开发：识别潜在业务和增长机会，并获得新业务/项目以满足销售目标
4.Sales and market data collecting and statistic analysis, support on preparing sales report (general sales data & customer data collection, sales analysis report, customers & competitors strategy report, etc.)
销售和市场数据的收集与统计分析,准备销售报告(销售数据&客户数据的收集, 销售分析报告, 客户与竞争对手战略分析报告等等)
5. Trace all quotes sent out and do utmost to get the related business 跟踪所有报价，尽最大努力获取相关业务
6. Arrange ongoing sufficient customer visit 安排持续的客户拜访
7. Sales territory update and maintenance 销售区域更新及维护

College degree or above 大专以上学历
2-4 years sales experience in automobile industry 2-4年汽车行业销售经验
Good communication, expression and negotiation skills, Fluent English for both oral and written。
良好的沟通、表达和谈判能力，英语读写流利。
Customer oriented, hard working, good team work spirit 以客户为导向，努力工作，有良好的团队合作精神
Willing to travel frequently to visit and develop costumers 愿意经常出差拜访和开发客户
