| 工作描述： |
1. Develop the supplier based on ISO9001, TRUMPF TQS and TRUMPF SYNCHRO and other relevant standards
2. Audit new and existing suppliers and manage supplier release process
3. Evaluate supplier quality performance, derive improvement actions, monitor implementation
4. Take care of the escalated supplier quality issues
5. Support localization and product development projects based on roadmap
6. Support improvement projects concerning supplier qualification
7. Support other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor per business requirement |

1. Academic Background: Bachelor or preferably Master degree
2. Which major preferred: Laser/optical engineering, optoelectronic engineering, physics or related
3. Working experience: At least 5 year working experience in fiber laser / pump diode manufacturing field, ideally in supplier quality management or production engineering
4. Knowledge and skills:
1) Solid relevant technical background in manufacturing of lasers / laser components
2) ISO9001, Lean production and automation experience
3) very good communication, coordination skill and project management skills
4) Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and ideally SAP R/3
5. Language: Fluent Chinese and English, German is a plus
6. Other specific requirements:
1) strong quality awareness
2) proactive and self motivated work attitude
3) used to work under pressure, prioritize tasks
4) well structured work organization
5) observe the regulations on the Employee's Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China |
