| 工作描述： |
1. Responsible for leading the purchasing function of raw materials , production materials and other consumption parts at the factory.负责管理工厂原材料、生产材料及其他耗材的采购工作。
2. Responsible for sourcing new suppliers.负责寻找新的供应商
3. Responsible for new equipment purchase.负责新设备的采购
4. Develop supply chain and drive for continuous cost savings of the total cost through comprehensive sourcing.开发供应链并且通过综合全面的价格对比来持续降低和节省总的成本支出
5. Suppliers performance management on quality, cost, delivery and technology. 对供应商的质量、成本、交货和技术方面的绩效管理
6. Work closely with materials planning and warehouse team to ensure all purchasing order meet production requirements.与物料计划和仓库团队紧密合作，确保所有采购订单符合生产要求
7. Lead the purchasing team to comply to the company purchasing policy. 领导采购团队遵守公司的采购政策
8. Set up policies for ordering process, min stock, Kanban etc. together with the production manager and warehouse manager.与生产经理、仓库经理一起制定订单流程、最小库存、看板等政策
9. Other jobs as assigned by business unit manager部门经理安排的其它工作

Requirements要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering background or technology related fields and at least 5 years supplier management experience. 本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业背景，5年以上供应商管理经验。
2. Min 3 to 5 years Experience as Purchasing Supervisor or Manager3 - 5年以上采购主管或经理工作经验
3. Buying experience of Raw material ( Stainless steel , Aluminium plate etc.) to optimise stock and price following price cycles.有原材料(不锈钢，铝板等)的采购经验，根据价格周期优化库存和价格
4. Experience from production environment of fabrication.有生产环境制造经验
5. High sense of responsibility , good problems solving and negotiation skills and has good work ethic during all purchasing process.高度的责任感，良好的解决问题和谈判技巧，在采购过程中有良好的职业道德。
6. Good knowledge of local vendors for production process, raw material supply, machining etc.熟悉当地供应商的生产工艺，原材料供应，机加工等。
7. Good english level to be able to communicate as it is a foreign company verbal as well as written.良好的英语水平，能够进行口头和书面的沟通。
