| 工作描述： |
1. To support the Value Stream Coach and Value Stream in implementing lean transformation and daily management across the value stream
支持价值流教练推动价值流精益变革和价值流日常管理
2. To act as a change agent to bring about improvements in the manufacturing process through the active support,participation and leadership of Rapid Improvement Events and follow up RIE implementation
充当变革代理人，积极支持生产过程改进，参与和领导快速改善活动,并跟踪快速改善的实施（Rapid Improvement Events -RIE）
3. Executing key activities as part of Lean Transformation and daily management
执行精益变革和日常管理的关键活动
4. To support the launch of all activities needed to incorporate Lean Transformation and daily management into the Value Stream culture
支持发起价值流文化的精益变革和日常管理所需活动
5. Track all changes/improvements made to provide Value Stream Leadership/Management the assurance that changes are effective and lasting
跟踪所有变革及改进，提供给价值流的领导层/管理层，确保变革有效持久
6. Develop and recommend changes in work cells or equipment; Prioritize improvement opportunity based upon tactical planning objectives such as : reduce cycle time, reduce cost, etc.
发掘工作现场或设备等的改进机会，基于如降低周期时间、降低成本等策略目标的计划，确认改善机会的优先次序，
7. Upload TTA status, VSA activities and other regular data information in Opex website which is required by cooperation.
根据需要上传节拍达成率状态、价值流分析活动及其他定期数据到OPEX网站
8. Coach and tracking value stream defined projects and RIEs closed on time
跟踪及指导价值流定义的项目及快速改善活动按时完成
9. Coach and tracking basic problem solving closed on time
跟踪及指导现场问题解决按时完成
10. Conduct Lean and six sigma training
开展精益六西格玛相关培训
11. Lean certification to develop talent’s lean skill sets
精益人才认证，培养人才的精益技能。
12. Development by learning,traing and lead improvement project and get lean certification
通过学习,培训和领导改善项目，培养自己的改善技能, 并获得精益人才认证
13. Other tasks assigned by manager

Associates or Bachelor of Science degree or related discipline desired (Equivalent education / training / or experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree)
工学或相关学科学士学位佳（同等学历或经验也可考虑）
Experience working in a world-class Lean working environment highly preferred, 10 years or more is preferred
具有世界级公司精益工作经验优先考虑，十年及以上尤佳
Knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement based tools and techniques highly preferred
具备精益生产知识理念及持续改善工具和技术者优先。
Ability to define problem areas, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
具备定义问题、收集数据、确定事实及得出结论的能力
Ability to interpret a variety of technical procedures/processes and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
