1. Responsible for tax compliance of Actuant China entities;
2. Review monthly tax filing, keep accuracy and no delay；
3. Responsible for annual CIT filing;
4. Responsible for transfer pricing documentation;
5. Responsible for R&D expense collection and reporting；
6. Complete corporate tax and treasury reporting；
7. Deferred tax reconciliation;
8. Other work assigned by superior; |

Education background/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in finance/accounting related;
2. Good accounting knowledge on PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
3. Working knowledge Oracle system is an advantage;
4. Good communication skills and basic business English is required;
5. Good team work spirit and willing to assist other accountant;
6. Good understating of SAFE regulations;
7. CPA or CTA is preferred;
8. CET6;
Working experience:
5+years working experience, 3years above general ledger and tax experience
Skills:
Oral/written English communication skills;
Computer proficient including MS Office skills ( Excel, Word ,Power Point)
