| 工作描述： |
任职要求Requirement:
1. 全日制大专及以上学历；
Full-time college degree or above
2. 3年以上质量体系工作经验，熟悉ISO9001:2015/ISO14001等，有流程优化和导入经验者优先；经过系统质量体系培训，能熟练编辑质量体系文件；
At least 3 years working experience in quality system, familiar with iso9001:2015/iso14001, etc.; with experience in process optimization and introduction is preferred; qualified with system quality system training, can edit quality system documents skillfully;
3. 有较强的沟通能力组织规划能力和品质管理能力，善于开展和推进工作；
Have strong communication skills, organizing, planning and quality management skills, and be good at carrying out and promoting work;
4. 能独立组织质量体系工作的展开，组织内部，外部审核，推进不合格发现的改善；
Can independently organize the development of quality system work, organize internal and external audit, and promote the improvement of unqualified discovery
5. 熟练掌握OFFICE 办公软件基本操作；
Proficient in basic operation of OFFICE software;
6. 熟练产品的认证工作，制冷产品的国家，国际标准者优先；
Skilled product certification, national and international standards of refrigeration products are preferred;
7. 制冷行业工作经验者优先；
Work experience in refrigeration industry is preferred
主要职责Essential duties & responsibilities：
1. ISO质量管理体系认证管理以及文件管理；
Responsible for ISO quality management system certification management and document management;
2. 改善公司流程，维护和优化目前流程；
In charge of process construction, maintenance and optimization
3. 组织协调外部审核，以及策划和实施内部审核；
Organizing and coordinate external audit, and plan and implement internal audit;
4. 策划和组织品质培训和宣传，提升公司品质意识；
Planning and organizing quality training and publicity to enhance the company's quality awareness;
5. 质量目标监控和组织分析改善；
Quality target’s monitoring, organization analysis and improvemen;
6. 协助开展管理评审；
Assisting in management review
7. 负责产品的外部认证；
Responsible for external certification of products;
8. 组织公司客户投诉的分析，改善和推进内部改善。
Strongly competence of organizing customer’s complaint and push to internal improve.
