岗位职责 Job Responsibility
负责系统/产品级的内外部需求管理，并确保需求得到展开实施，并在此过程中进行风险管理；负责组织系统/产品级的验证规划，QFD，DFMEA的设计及展开；监督子系统/部件的需求展开，验证工作的实施；
Be response for the management of the internal/external requirements of system/product level, deploying the requirements and the risk management during the process; Leading the planning of the verification, QFD and DFMEA activities of the system/product level; Monitoring the process of requirements deploying, verification of the sub-system/components;
1. 收集市场及内部的产品要求；
Collect market and internal requirements;
2. 负责系统/产品级的内外部需求管理，并确保需求得到展开实施；
Be response for the management of the internal/external requirements of system/product level, deploying the requirements;
3. 负责组织系统/产品级的验证规划，QFD的设计及展开；
Leading the planning of the verification, QFD activities of the system/product level;
4. 与客户澄清，讨论并确定产品的要求；
Clarify, discuss and agree requirements with customers;
5. 负责将客户要求转化为设计要求，并支持设计人员将其转化为产品特性；
Be response for deploy the customer requirements to design requirements, and support the designer to deploy requirements to product characteristics;
6. 负责建立DFMEA小组，并组织DFMEA活动；
Building the DFMEA team and leading the DFMEA activities;
7. 依据产品功能失效模式规划验证方式；
Planning the verification methods according to the failure modes;
8. 评估验证结果以检验设计的可靠性；
Evaluate the verification results to demonstrate the reliability of the design;
9. 参与产品的各阶段设计评审，并提出建议和意见；
Be involved in design review of all phases and offer corresponding proposals.

Job Requirements:
1.Education level:
教育程度: 大学本科及以上学历,机械,材料,汽车等相关专业
Bachelor degree and above, majoring in mechanics, material, automotive etc.
2.Work experience:
工作经验: 4年以上汽车行业产品研发经验
More than 4 years’ R&D experience in automotive industry related
3. Key knowledge and skills:
(1) 具备良好的集成系统知识 Possess good knowledge of integrated system
(2) 具备扎实的力学知识（如：理论力学，材料力学等) Possess solid mechanical knowledge (i.e. Theoretical mechanics, material mechanics etc.)
(3) 具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理等)Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge (i.e. mechanical designing, mechanical principle etc.)
(4) 具备一定的电气理论知识（如：电工学，电子，软件等）Possess the electrical knowledge (i.e. electrotechnology, electrical, software etc.)
(5) 具有汽车行业产品开发设计经验 Possess development & design experience in vehicle industry
(6) 熟悉使用Catia或UG软件,熟练掌握FMEA，QFD等汽车行业工具 Familiar with Catia or UG software. Familiar with the automotive tools such as FMEA, QFD and etc.
(7) 具备分析及解决问题的能力及较强的逻辑思维能力 Possess analyzing, solving abilities and strict logical thinking abilities.4. 4. Foreign Language ability 外语能力:
良好的听说读写译能力。Good listening, speaking ,reading, writing skills.
