This role’s main responsibility is fixture and tooling design, process improvement and document updating.
Job Description职位描述 :
1. Fixture and tooling design Define the specification for the new tooling according to new products development schedule. Improve the current fixture and tooling according the true needs. Support supplier to finish the deliverable of new fixtures on time. Responsible for the acceptance check of tooling, fixtures and gage
2. Time study and Routine maintain Make the time study and define the standard working hours for all coil products. Update routine for each group in SAP according to latest time study. Line balance according to the time study result, to improve the line capacity.
3. Documents Develop the working instruction for new products, Update it into PLM and keep updating Update the existing working instruction on time according to the specific standard and quality requirement Improve the technological process and production efficiency and implement it Other documents update.
4. Process control and improvement Continually improve process to reach the department target. Optimize process to get higher efficiency and quality by adapt new technic. Standardize the process to get stable output. Line issue analysis and improve.
5. In charge of OEE Work with production supervisor to responsible for OEE improvement in coil production. Define the short-term and long term resolutions to improve the equipment performance and increase the efficiency. Assist production with changeover improvement.
6. Layout Layout for the whole coil area according the flow and demand.
Update the layout when necessary
Job Requirement任职资格 :
1. Colleague degree of Mechanical and manufacturing
2. More than 4 years of experience as manufacturing Engineer
3. Experience of leading continue improvement for both process and products
4. CAD/Pro-E experience
5. Good communication skills and team player |
