Responsibilities:
职责：
1.Provide daily local and global IT helpdesk support 本地与全球的IT日常技术支持,
2.Responsible for installing and troubleshooting software on desktops and laptops for office and production environment 正式环境的计算机软件安装与技术故障排除,
3.Support hardware and software asset management, tracking, auditing according to IT asset management process 软件硬件资产管理, 追踪与审计,
4.Support service management regarding IT end user service process implementation and service enhancement 用户支持流程的优化与建议,
5.Be flexible to be on 24x7 stand by to provide on-call support when needed 7 x 24小时全天候待命, 提供随叫谁到的服务支持.

Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies)
职位要求：
1.2-3 years’ work experience in IT service support, proficient in Microsoft OS and client management 2-3年IT服务支持工作经验，精通微软操作系统和客户管理
2.Service management and project management experience, ITIL is preferred 服务管理和项目管理经验，ITIL优先
3.Good collaboration skills and customer engagement skill 良好的协作能力和客户参与能力
4.Work experience in multi-international company 有跨国公司工作经验，
5.Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in written 能够用英语进行有效的口头和书面沟通
6.Windows NT/2000/98/95/XP/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 experience (installing, configuring and troubleshooting), Active Directory, Data Center management, office/production systems support, VPN, wireless network, 2nd level network infrastructure support, 2nd level server infrastructure, 2nd level SAN/NAS and SQL/Oracle DB support. |
