Responsibilities:
1. Give technical support to sales team on new product or machine process applications during project phase.
2. Coordinate with customer during process applications, work out tooling, fixture and machining solutions, carry out time study process, ensure an effective technical proposal been applied to customer with DVS group machines and processes.
3. During project phase support for new project quotation calculations.
4. Maintaining the Tec. Center machines, carry out new project process simulations on Tec. Center machines. Carry out machine running show during company Tec. Days.
5. Build up and maintain basic and necessary tooling, fixture hardware center to support technical demonstrations or new project test on the machines at Tec. Center.
6. Demonstrate DVS group high performance machine and process on outside machine exhibitions on occasion.
7. Provide internal training to sales or service team during new product or new machine process application.
8. Support to solve technical problems in customer side referring DVS machining processes when needed.
9. Work as an interface in between DVS Germany and China for new application localizations.
10. Based on previous or existed project, optimize or develop new clamping & cutting solutions to ensure a continuous improvement plan within DVS technology group.
11. Work jointly with group other technologies to have a combined application thinking in mind, in order to have more effective value-adding solutions adapt to market need.
12. Manage technical documents, ensure an updated document database.
13. Finish other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
2. At least 5 years working experience in automotive machining area, with practical turning, milling, OD/ID and surface grinding process application and optimization experience.
3. Familiar with NC turning/milling and grinding machine NC system, can make program, with good understanding of machine from construction side.
4. Customer oriented, good communication skills internally and externally.
5. Self-learner, with ability in problem solving independently meanwhile have team-work spirit.
6. Time-management ability, able to work under pressure, energetic and honest.
7. Familiar with project management process.
8. Good PC skill, familiar with AutoCAD, etc.
9. English speaking ability in working field. |
