| 工作描述： |
1. Process import and export related orders and logistic issues;
处理日常采购物流进出口工作；
2. Contact with forwarders timely and arrange truck to ensure smoothly delivery;
及时联系货运商，做好车辆及时到位确保顺利出货, 并跟进后续工作;
3. Assist to optimize the international import transportation process and keeping good relationships with the Chinese Customs and other Bureaus and inspection ;
协助优化进口物流,保持和国内供应商及其他检验局的良好沟通;
4. Assist manager to develop suppliers for domestic procurement.
协助经理完成物流及国际物流供应商开发；
5. Cooperate well with the warehouse team;
和仓库之间优化配合;
6. Responsible for annual record, file of purchasing process;
做好各项采购工作过程的记录、整理和归档工作；
7. Timely put purchase product information into system, and carry on the update and adjustment;
及时将采购产品信息录入系统，并对其进行更新和调整；
8. Check, edit, store the contract;
进行合同校对、编修、保管工作；
9. Handle orders and follow-up work (Including order tracking, rejects disposing, payment, invoice and etc.) according to the purchasing requirement;
根据采购要求处理供应商的订单及后续事宜（包括订单跟踪，不良品的处理跟进，请款事宜，发票事宜等）
10. Complete other jobs ordered.
完成上级交办的其他工作。 |

2. Have strong knowledge in international trade and logistic
丰富的国际贸易、物流相关专业知识
3. Familiar with filing and verification the tax-free manual;
熟悉免税手册的备案、核销
4. Familar purchasing process, More than 3 years working experience in purchasing /Import and Export related field
熟悉采购流程,有3年以上采购/进出口相关领域工作经验
5. Good ability to write in Chinese and English
具有良好的中英文书写能力
6. Good at MS office software and ERP system
熟练使用 MS Office 和 ERP软件
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, and good public relations capacity;
良好的沟通协作能力，并具有一定的公关能力；
8. A good sense of teamwork and responsibility, hard-working.
强烈的团队意识，责任心强，工作认真。 |
