| 工作描述： |
1)Plan APQP and implement QFD(Quality Function Deployment), insure meet the requirement of APAP.
APQP计划和QFD(质量功能展开)的执行,确保满足APAP的要求。
2)Be responsible for keeping touch with every project teams to prepare and hand in PPAP files of new program in time.
就新项目中PPAP资料的准备事宜，与每个项目团队保持联系。
3)Prepare related document for new project. (Control plan, inspection agreement, part history, dimension report, OTS, PPAP, etc)
准备新项目资料。（如：控制计划，检验协议,零件履历，尺寸报告，OTS及PPAP等文件）
4)Be responsible for auditing work including customer audit. Carry out the process audit and product audit.
负责所有的审核工作，包括客户审核。实施过程审核和产品审核。
5)Be responsible for supervise the track and certificate every audit improvement action measures, and audit the quality system on a pre-determined regular basis.
负责监督项目的审核改进措施和证据的追踪，以及质量体系预先的审核。
6)Be responsible for module gage and component gage planning and building and create the inspection plan and Control the measurement instrument in line.

7)Verify, make statistic and analysis nonconformity. Analyze and solve the quality problems in production line.

8)Analyze the return goods and deal with the customer complaint and prepare the 8D report and get approval in case of 0km and warranty complaints and claims.

9)Assist WCP to finish related tasks. (Finish Report, root cause analysis, risk analysis, etc.)

Bachelor or above degree ,major in Industry Engineering.
本科或以上学历,工业工程专业。
Minim 3-year quality experience in automotive field.
至少3年汽车行业质量经验。
-Be familiar with IATF16949.
熟悉IATF16949。
-Be familiar with APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA
熟悉APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA
-Be able to read the drawing and skillful in GD&T
能够读懂图纸，熟悉GD&T
-System thinking and team working.
具有逻辑思考的能力及团队合作能力
-Able to work under owns initiative.
工作主动。
-Good English in writing and speaking.
