1.New project supplier quality management
新项目供应商质量管理
1.1)According to PEP+ requirement to create, improve and implement the work instructions related quality.
按照PEP+，制订并完善供应商质量控制的相关作业指导书，并负责协调执行作业指导书。
1.2)Work with purchasing engineer, to be responsible for the supplier development of raw materials (including the components),OEM, etc. and sourcing new suppliers, auditing on-site quality system, equipments, techniques and quality control, new supplier's audit.
与采购工程师合作，负责开发原材料(包括零部件)，过程外协等供应商，包括新供应商的寻找，现场质量体系审核，设备和工艺能力审核，质量检验能力审核，合格供应商审核等。
1.3)-Involved technique review with supplier, make & get agreement for CC/SC list and inspection matrix
-OTS check and early shipment with CPK and dimension report according to inspection matrix.
-Correction for part deviation and help suppliers move out the roadblocks to reach drawing specification.
-Lead quality issues resolution during SOP 3 months and follow up corrective action.
-Appearance part check and correction
-DV&PV test result check
-Organize measuring alignment between BOS and supplier.
-参与供应商的技术评审会议,制定并确认CC/SC清单和检验矩阵
-OTS检验，根据检验矩阵收集初期发运产品CPK和尺寸报告
-零件背离项目的整改跟踪，协助供应商克服质量问题达到图纸规范。
-SOP+三个月期间质量问题解决
-外观件认可
-DV&PV 测试结果确认
-统一测量方案消除BOS和供应商之间的测量差异
1.4)Release the supplier PPAP in ISPO+.
在ISPO+系统释放供应商PPAP。
1.5)Supplier safe launch, on-site checking, Safe launch instruction approval, performance and actions follow up.
供应商安全投放工作，现场审核，作业指导书批准，安全投放业绩和行动计划的跟踪。
1.6)Keep close contact with Headquarter, and master the refreshed requirements on supplier quality control and message to all the related department and suppliers.
保持与总部联络，取得总部在供应商质量控制方面的最新要求，并及时传递至公司相关部门和相关供应商
2.Mass production supplier quality management
量产项目供应商质量管理
2.1)Create supplier yearly process audit plan and implement yearly process audit according to VDA6.3
制定供应商年度审核计划并按VDA6.3执行过程审核
2.2)Be responsible to negotiate with the suppliers to solve the problems by 8D report or QRQC like production intermit, additional work procedure and even customer's complain brought by supplier's unqualified products.
对在公司生产时发现的由于供应商产品质量问题而引起的生产中断，额外工序的增加甚至引起公司客户发生质量问题时，供应商质量保证工程师有责任尽快通过8D报告或QRQC通知供应商，采取果断措施，迅速解决问题.
2.3)Monitor supplier performance monthly and yearly, organize proper improvement action.
监控供应商月度、年度质量业绩，并组织相应的改善活动。
2.3)Supplier 4M change management
供应商4M变更管理
2.4)2xC supplier escalate to center SQ team according to escalation rule
针对两个季度C级的供应商升级到供应商质量管理中心团队
2.5)Compile and draft the training materials on supplier quality control, and deliver the training to the suppliers to improve their productivity, quality and punctuality.
组织和编写供应商质量培训所需的各类资料，采取各种可行的方式对供应商进行培训，帮助供应商不断提高生产能力，质量水平和交货准时率
3.Other task assigned by supervisor.

1) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or Auto Engineer.
机械工程或汽车工程本科及以上学历。
2) Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality control or related field in multinational company.
具有外资企业工作经验，从事供应商质量控制或相关工作五年以上。
3) Experienced in big injection molding parts, aluminum extruding parts and encapsulated glass panel parts is preferred.
具有大型塑料零件、铝挤出件或是玻璃包边零件经验尤佳
4) Be familiar with QS-9000 and VDA6.1 or ISO/TS16949:2009 etc automotive industry quality standard, and have applied experience with them;
熟悉QS-9000和VDA6.1或ISO/TS16949：2009等汽车行业质量管理体系，并有一定的应用经验
5) Know well core tools and quality tool etc.
熟练运用汽车行业的五大工具和相关的质量工具等
6) Good inter-personnel, communication skill, conflict management and action oritented.
具备良好的人际沟通、协调能力、冲突管理能力和行动导向。
7) Fluent in written and oral English.
良好的英语听说写能力。
8) Positive working attitude, with good communication skill and strong confidential sense, resolving complex problems neatly.
工作积极主动，并具有良好的交际能力和较强的保密意识，能够灵活地处理复杂的问题。
9) Good computer skill, excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
良好的计算机能力，精通Excel, Word 及PowerPoint 办公软件。 |
