Job Description职位描述
As a logistics assistant-you are required 1-2 years of relevant work experience, and you are in charge of preparing customs clearance documents and arranging delivery. We hope that you will be good at communicating, have a hard-working, conscientious and responsible working attitude, and with a good sense of teamwork.
作为物流助理，您需要1-2年的相关工作经验，可以独立准备清关资料并且安排发货。我们希望您能够善于沟通，具备吃苦耐劳，认真负责的工作态度，以及良好的团队意识。
Main tasks include主要任务包括
1. Making import and export shipping document
2. Pre-review products size and apply for packages accordingly
3. Daily check the Sales order list in KD and arrange delivery with related departments. Make delivery notice and send to warehouse and sales
4. Maintain the delivery record and save the photos on server
5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
1. 负责准备进出口资料
2. 根据产品尺寸，申请包装材料
3. 每日查看金蝶ERP系统的销售单据，跟相关部门安排出货，制作《发货通知》并发给仓库和销售
4. 将出货记录和照片维护到服务器上
5. 主管指派的其他任务
Qualifications 入职资格
1. College degree or above, one to two years of logistics work experience
2. Be skilled in office software and ERP system
3. Be familiar with import and export process
4. Good Command of English in both spoken and written
5. Know well in customs clearance rule and policy
1. 大专学历以上，1-2相关物流助理工作经验
2. 熟练使用办公软件和ERP系统
3. 熟悉进出口的工作流程
4. 良好的英语读写能力
5. 熟悉清关政策以及制度
