POSITION SUMMARY：
Develop, set up and maintain processes and equipment necessary to produce quality decorated products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, set-up and test new processes and equipment as deemed appropriate. Manage new process operations from sample, pilot stage and transfer to Production.
2. Formulate corrective action reports based on testing, research or Data, recommend process change or development plan, prepare budgets and timelines for the plan and implement it as approved.
3. Responsible for the process development, maintenance, and training of machinery and processes to ensure quality of products produced.
4. Assist in the new vendor development/audit, help on process evaluation, process risk management and quality assurance standard setting up.
5. Use computer and necessary software to write reports. Develop spreadsheets, charts tables and graphs to support reports written.
6. Maintain contact and working relations with ZMC Engineering, and or others, on projects and or issues.
7. Help train and instruct operational workforce in the areas including but not limited to machine and process operation, maintenance, and quality assurance.
8. Perform any other duties related in nature which may be assigned.
9. Willing to travel to the USA for extended periods of time.
REQUIREMENTS:

2. Product Knowledge—the individual must have knowledge of surface finishing, familiar with Zippo products is a plus.
3. Ability to analyze statistics and other data and to interpret and evaluate results, and create reports and/or presentations.

11. Accuracy—the individual must possess attention to detail and excellence in grammar and spelling.
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in the applied technical area and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
2. A working knowledge of quality practices and manufacturing disciplines, including, but not limited to: surface finishing, coatings, plating, machinery, engraving and printing.
3. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required.
4. Knowledge of AX operating system a plus.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English. |
