主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
• To arrange all production planning issues / 安排生产计划事宜
o Schedules deliveries and keeps record
安排出货并做一定的纪录
o Compiles daily production plan for the factory
编辑日常生产计划
o Inputs and records figures into computer to generate production reports
数据录入电脑,生成生产纪录
o In-charge of the system of Alpla basis, planning and so on
负责Alpla basis, planning等系统
o Make sure the production order carried out on time
确保生产订单准时运行
• Communicates with production department / 与生产部门的沟通
o Deliveries arrangement
发货安排
o Production plan
生产计划
o Sampling request
样品的需求
o Attends planning meetings with customers
参加客户的相关计划会议
• Communicates with warehouse / 与仓库的沟通
o Warehouse space arrangement for finished goods
成品的仓库空间安排
o New project coordination
新项目的协调
o Ensures material availability
确保物料的可用性
o Production plan arrangement
生产计划的安排
• Arranges material shipments according to production plans
根据生产计划安排物料出货
o Ensures adequate finished goods are in warehouse to supply to customer
确保仓库有足够的成品去满足客户
o Tracing the deliveries and forwarder’s service level.
跟踪出货的物流公司的服务水平
o Make safety stock according to the forecast
根据客户的预测来做安全库存
• Finishes other assignments instructed by Logistics supervisor.
