Qualifications
1. Academic：
Bachelor Industrial Degree with Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
2. Experience：
Experience in mechanical and electrical work and experience in new project development
3. Job Skills:
- Can read English manual and technical documents.
- Understand mechanical drawings and understand electrical functions Can use CAD and 3D skilled、Electrical experience.
- Good experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance, etc.
- Good communication and PR skills.
4. Personality:
- Positive attitude and a clear focus on assigned work.
- Mature, loyal, reliable, tolerant and hands-on.
- Take responsibility and ownership.
- Willing to work extended hours continuously.
- Good team work spirit and capability in independent.
5. Computer Skills:
- Good knowledge of using AutoCad, Inventor is a plus.
- Must be versed in the use of MS Office.
Job Duties
- Develop / Define URS together with Clients
- Develops project objectives by reviewing URS from Clients.
- Develop / Define Functional / Design specifications
- Identify Internal / External suppliers
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases
- Assigning personnel to phases;
- Reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Identify the required documentation like Validation Documentation, ISO Documentation.
- Develop / organize required documentation.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
