职位描述：
- Collect market information from customers and competitors. Set up customer strategy for cross business
- Interface between customer and internal departments; customer representative; ensure customer overall satisfaction
- Build up good relationship with all levels inside customers. Identify key deciders or influence people in customer organization. Deal with customer special requirements
- Lead the RFQ/quotation process; price negotiation; contract review and discussion
- Upon nomination/PO, organize project kick-off meeting; archive all the agreements with customer and update timely
- Support or coordinate on project development; leading the commercial issues occurred
- Support internal and external ECR activities
- Support sales manager for new business development and marketing activities etc.
- Price creation in SAP system; price maintenance in SAP system
- Responsible for tooling payment. Support on serial delivery and AR management
- Budget and sales forecast for short and long term planning
- Annual price reduction negotiation; raw material fluctuation reimbursement negotiation
- Other tasks from sales manager
