| 工作描述： |
1. To take care of scheduling jobs and delegating duties to accounting department workers
2. To maintain accounting policy compliant to accounting regulations/ laws and corporate ON
3. To reconcile and analysis the BS/P&L accounts every month
4. To accomplish monthly accounting activities and reporting on requested timeline
5. To cooperate with HQ treasury and tax to process related financial tasks
6. To coordinate the finance issues related to AP/AR/FI function, improve the ageing report for AP/AR
7. To verify/control employee reimbursement and bank payment application
8. To ensure fixed asset management
9. To finish expenses analysis report and reconcile with management accounting report every month
10. To involve & support both external and internal financial auditing
11. To communicate with employees effectively and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.
Requirements:
Min. 8 years finance working experience including more than 3 years team management experience
Integrity, self-confidence, self-motivated, and initiative
Ability of logical thinking
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Strong leadership and team building qualities
Familiar with ERP，especially SAP.
Familiar with spreadsheets
Fluent English.
